How do candidates take the test? Do they need an account?
No account required. They click a unique link in their invite email, fill a quick details form (name, email, resume URL — optional), then take the assessment. We create a lightweight QuizKode profile for them so they can sign in later via Google to see their assessment history across companies.
How do you prevent candidates from cheating?
Three layers: (1) Every candidate gets a unique AI-generated test — sharing answers with another applicant does nothing. (2) Anti-cheat runs in their browser — fullscreen lock, tab-switch detection, copy-paste blocking, all rolled into an integrity score you see. (3) Candidates can’t go back and retry — one attempt, locked once they begin.
What happens if a candidate runs out of time?
The test auto-submits with whatever they’ve completed. Score reflects correct answers only. You see their completion time in the dashboard so you can tell the difference between "struggled with the time limit" and "got stuck."
Can I customize the questions?
You pick the language, topics, difficulty, style (concept / output prediction / bug spotting / security / etc.), question count, and time limit. The actual questions are AI-generated so you get infinite unique variations — no fixed question bank to memorize.
Do you integrate with my ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)?
Not at launch — our self-serve tier covers up to 100 candidates/month and most mid-size teams don’t need ATS sync at this volume. If you do, talk to sales about our Enterprise tier which includes Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday integrations.
What about data privacy and GDPR?
Candidates can request data deletion at any time. By default we retain assessment data for 12 months, then auto-anonymize PII (keeps aggregate stats, drops personally identifiable fields). You can force earlier deletion per-assessment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You keep access to all existing results through the end of your billing period.
